Estimated Delivery Time: 3-10 working days from the date of order.

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday (Australian EST) and not on weekends or public holidays.


Store Pick Up: No cost service, available 1-2 days from order date.

How Do I Track My Order?

We supply Australia Post with your e-mail address so that ‘tracking advice’ emails can be sent to track your parcel. You will get an email update when Australia Post scans your parcel as ‘arriving at a despatch centre’ and then as ‘delivered’ or being ‘available for collection’. (Your email address is not collected, remembered or distributed by Australia Post or any other third party.)


Tracking numbers are sent in your Shipping Confirmation email, sent once your order has been despatched. You can track your order by clicking the link in your email or by accessing:


Please note: Collection from our Zetta Florence warehouse is not possible due to safety issues. Alternatively you can pick up your order from our store at 197B Brunswick St Fitzroy 3065. Please click Store Pick Up on the checkout page. Freight will not be charged for Store Pick Up, and your order will generally be available the next day.

Standard Delivery
We use Australia Post e-Parcel delivery. This is a registered service, which can be tracked. Estimated delivery times are 3-10 days. This service requires a signature upon delivery, if no one is available, a collection card will be left to visit your local Post Office. Carriers will not leave packages unattended/unsigned for.  This service can be delivered to PO BOX or Street Address. Deliveries on Monday-Friday excluding public holidays.


Express Post
We use Australia Post e-Parcel EXPRESS delivery. This is a registered service, which can be tracked.  This service is next day delivery to all Australian Capital Cities provided orders are placed before 10am on a business day. Please note, regional areas are 2-3 days service. We can deliver to PO BOX or Street Address. Deliveries are on Monday-Friday excluding public holidays.


Larger Deliveries Courier Service

We use Hunter Express for larger deliveries. Please email us [email protected] for a quote on cost and delivery lead-time. Please note we CANNOT deliver to PO BOX or PARCEL LOCKER.


We ship to most international destinations. If your order is being delivered to a non-Australian address, but you may be liable for taxes or duties when products arrive at your county’s customs. Zetta Florence will not be responsible for any duties or charges incurred at the recipient country. Orders are exempted from the Australian GST (10% Tax).


Countries outside of Australia will receive orders in approximately 7-21 working days. We deliver to many countries all over the world, you can select the appropriate country in the checkout section of the web site.


Standard Australia Post Air Mail
We use Australia Post Airmail. This is a not a registered service. This service CANNOT be tracked. Purchasers select this service at their own liability and this service is not insured.

Estimated delivery times are: New Zealand 7-14 Days / Europe 14-21 Days / America 14-21 Days / Asia Pacific 7-14 Days.

We can deliver to PO BOX or Street Address. We cannot provide tracking updates. In order to help deliver, it is best to provide full contact details including telephone and email address so you can be contacted.


Australia Post Pack & Track International
We use Australia Post Pack & Track International service, which can be tracked.
Estimated delivery is approximately 7-21 working days. This service requires a signature upon delivery. Please nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel (ideally a work/office address you know will be attended). This service can deliver to Street Address ONLY – ie CANNOT be delivered to PO BOX.
