RETURNS

These things happen, so we’ve made it easy to return or exchange the items. Just follow these simple instructions, and we’ll get it sorted for you.

 

For a start, you are welcome to return or exchange anything you purchase from Zettaflorence.com, or our store, within 90 days from purchase.

 

For a change of mind returns or exchanges, your product needs to be:

  1. In perfect brand new condition
  2. Have swing tags, labels and original packaging intact

 

Unless the product is faulty, we are unable to accept returns on damaged or non-saleable products.

 

Postage is not refunded for change of mind return and exchange.

Please note: strictly no refunds available on custom-made products or other customised items unless they are faulty.

Products purchased at sale prices cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns can be made to the Zetta Florence store at 197B Brunswick St Fitzroy or via post to PO Box 340 Somerville 3912. How to exchange or return via post is detailed below.

Refunds for damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, product is faulty or if it was supplied incorrectly, you can choose to have the items replaced or refunded. We’ll also cover the cost of postage for new items (or refund original postage cost if you ordered online).

In this case, please contact us on info@zettaflorence.com.au before sending your order back so that we can approve the return and issue you with a reply paid label. You can also bring the item to our Melbourne store in Fitzroy as an alternative.

How To Return or Exchange an Item – via post
  1. If you would like to exchange, please place and pay for a new order on the website to secure the item you are exchanging, so we can send it to you immediately.
  2. Send back the items you are exchanging, with the return form below.
  3. When we receive your returned items we will process a refund for the same day.
  4. Please send registered post so that if your package goes missing you can track it down.
  5. Where the return is because of the goods faulty or incorrectly supplied we will also reimburse you any postage.

We’ll send you an email to let you know we received the goods, and a remittance to show the refund.

How to return or exchange – via the store

Please bring proof of purchase and your item to the store. The goods must be in their original packaging and the store will happily process a refund or exchange for you. If the goods were sent to you, we can only refund the cost of the goods for a change of mind unless the goods are faulty or sent incorrectly.
