Where you select for items to be delivered those items purchased from ZETTA FLORENCE are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Faulty goods and Refund policy
If you have purchased a product from us and it shows a fault please contact us giving us the detail of your complaint , date of purchase etc. The product will be replaced or a refund will be given. If the fault is inherent in the goods, we will arrange to have the item repaired or replaced. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Your Order
We will confirm your order shortly after it is placed. We then send your order to be dispatched. We aim for 2 working days, however, some orders may take up to 10 days to arrive. All orders are subject to availability.
Receiving your order
If your order shows any physical damage, please acknowledge this and sign “received damaged” and notify us immediately.
Your Transactions
Our system will hold details of your and sales transactions with us and they may be viewed by authorised Zetta Florence personal. No Credit card information will be stored.
Zetta Florence pricing is carefully monitored by our staff to provide our customers with the latest, competitive prices. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Product prices are dynamically updated by our in house purchasing system when price changes are received from our suppliers.
